Tip 61: Stay healthy and take care of yourself

When you’re serving as the owner of a business, so much of your time and dedication to your operation goes towards focusing on building & working in the scope of the vision to manifest something great. While this is a good approach to give your all, there is also a significant part that needs to have balance of remembering to be there for yourself. In order for you to continue in all the things you do, you have to take the time to make sure you’re good – mentally, emotionally and physically. Staying healthy, doing the things necessary in doing the best we can to control how we feel like eating right, exercising, being active, keeping your stress level at a rate where is it normal and not out of range, establishing boundaries and more. Many times we try to wear the cape non-stop and try to be the super hero of everything without properly shifting back to the normalcies of our lives.

Take the time to periodically check yourself to ensure that your regiments include proper time to relax, wrapping up the day at a set time and sticking to it and knowing that there is only so much time in a day and some of it needs to be slotted in keeping pace with how you feel. You’re production and output is dictated by your availability. Make sure you’re proactive in making sure you do all you can to keep yourself ready to attend to things we do in our lives.
